My Blood Type Restaurant

Yesterday, i had a lunch appointment at a really interesting resturant. It's called My Blood Type Restaurant. The menu gives reference to each blood type and we can choose our menu according to our blood type. The store sells a variety of home made cookies, vitamins and healthy juices too.

Bertrand, the chief has been teaching at Palate Sensations and has worked in various hotels and restaurants. The menu comes divided according to blood types. They do not use artificial flavors, refined sugar, saturated fat or processed food in their cooking. This means that you can eat to your heart’s content without feeling guilty.

My blood type is O+ and i had the option to choose between beef and fish as my main course. One of my colleagues belongs to the A+ blood group. The person in charge told her that she should not eat too much meat. Ha ha .. this means that she could only choose fish as her main. Anyway, most of us had great fun during the luncheon.

If you are keen to try, My Blood Type is located at Golden Shoe Car Park, behind Raffles Place. By the way, the lemongrass drink is really nice. Do order it when you are there.

Last but not least, let me share with u what i learnt.
